My friend died last night. We don't know why. She got home from a therapy appointment and never made it out of the car. Rose loved the unlovable things. She was gentle and kind. She will be so very missed.

OH and then this PA said she was going to send a note to my PCP and tell her I should use Ozempic. I'm nowhere near diabetic (my last A1C was 4.2) so I can't imagine how that would go other than badly. Post-bariatric diet is disordered eating. Dieting is disordered eating. I'm so tired.

Furious with the medical community today. Refused pain relief injections due to my weight. "Losing weight will help your pain. Injections will just mask it and you'll have no impetus to lose weight then." GET FUCKED. I hate our fatphobic medical system.
