I guess there's always room for improvement. It would be neat if we could simply use tertiary buttons in the pagination component, but I wanted to remove the underline and needed to introduce a selected state.

the simplest spot would be above the tabs. You might also consider putting the button in line with the tabs on the right, although it's less prominent.
