There is nothing scarier than a small child wandering around a quiet house. Scratch that, multiple children wandering around a quiet house!
It depends when in the timeline this happens but Strope would definitely complain about how I'd made him look whilst Grio would say it's probably because I like him more.
Not true, Strope's always my favourite. Which is why I torture him so much.

I really like the flow of your writing. It reminds me of Victorian poetry 'metal cage pon earthen plain' for example. It's both modern but classical.

Potentially. Depends how much I want to torment my current characters. On one hand I want kids and a happy life on the other cannibalistic cults.
Think I've scrapped more characters than I've kept. Mainly as they make the story even longer and more unwieldy. Most are kept in mind for future stories to be recycled but they're all important and there's a lot I miss writing about.
