I've noticed it can see a word as a different word if it has punctation after it without a space. So I usually also add the word with a full stop and with a comma to the list.

I tried a premade lentil salad. I liked the basic principle of it using fruit, though I think I'd go for different fruit if I make one from scratch. Which might happen as I'm hoping to be more organised with making and freezing food for this year's virtual conventions.
The supermarket has papayas again. I no longer have a papaya as I ate it.
If I know they use it, no. A policy is good, but at least one publisher who was told they'd used an AI cover just didn't believe it and the book is still being sold with that cover. So policy isn't everything.
I didn't do much work stuff today, though I got my suppers cooked and frozen for the rest of the week. So, spending time now to have more free later.
Finished Werecockroach by Polenth Blake. Phenomenal cozy sci-fi, I'm delighted to have met these cockroaches! The author's beloved pet insects brought genuine inspiration to this story. This the interspecies friendship vision I like to see from specfic! ππ―

I appreciate the chaos of #P being both published and/or poetry for #UnhingedPit and you don't know which. Check out EVERYDAY ALIENS if you also love chaos that might be published and/or poetry.

Clear day for a walk and I saw the moon! I figured out some new normal editing tricks for mesh, so I've levelled up at that.
Not cat aliens, but "Werecockroach" (novella) is cockroachy in various ways. The cockroach behaviour is based on real ones. www.polenthblake.com/words/cockro...
It looks like the inventory maintenance in Second Life is over, so time to randomly place some UFOs.
It might be just a tad weird.
My hot take on fruit is that I've never had a fruit I don't like. My favourites are cucumber, papaya and dragon fruit. The first because it's refreshing and crunchy in a nice way and the other two for flavour.
Your generosity helped change my working environment in 2025-- now, I'm fundraising for improvements to my recording setup and other tools in 2026, and some of the items are already three quarters of the way funded. Thank you for helping me acquire the tools to keep doing my work!
A colorful poster illustration featuring 15 species of animals from the Cambrian period 541-485 million years ago. These are mostly unusual looking invertebrates, such as Hurdia, Wiwaxia, Anomalocaris, Peytoia, trilobites, Marrella, Nectocaris, Hallucigenia, Opabinia, Plectronoceras, Lyrarapax, and Naraoia. An early chordate (Pikaia) is also included. The animals are brightly colored on a dark black background. White numbers with a key label each species.
Creatures of the Cambrian period!
OKAY I FINALLY FINISHED IT

Promo graphic for All That Glitters by S.L. Dove Cooper. A golden flamingo on a bright neon pink background. The texta round it reads "Aspec protagonist, talking animals (most notably: a flamingo), Glorious nonsense, Scifi spy spoof ish, Mad science (off screen), a lot of weird things and the kitchen sink (literally).
I have a novella coming out April 13th. All That Glitters is the silliest you will likely ever see me. It makes me laugh and brings me joy and hopefully it will also bring YOU laughter and joy. Preorder on Kobo!

That's safe but I have texture issues with it.
Tried some new oat biscuits today which went well with cheese. This is part of trying to find ways of eating oats that don't need cooking/preparation like porridge (not looking for advice... I found a few things locally).
That seems like a great way to slow things down and introduce more errors.
If you have my books already and would still like to help, I've started a ko-fi goal to help with my website costs whilst I get the Werecockroach sequel finished.

A lot of seagulls stomping for worms today!
EVERYDAY ALIENS is a strange experimental flash fiction collection about really alien aliens. It's technically not exactly queer as they're aliens, but you can tell I wrote it.

Olympic highlight in this house.
I had some gift card balance left, so got a couple of non-fiction books on order. Now, time for writing!
It's #AroWeek and I have a few books. WERECOCKROACH is a gentle novella about shapeshifters and alien first contact. The lead is aroace and agender.
