Incredibly excited to kick off October Horror with my look at Jim Van Bebber’s short films. Roadkill and My Sweet Satan are two of his strongest works, offering particularly nightmarish visions of Ohio.

Now that you mention it, I know of one who was even involved in that Massacre release, so that’s a good point
Degausser stuff is hard to pin down, they’re all over the place. Sukenick seems like quite a swing for them, but it would definitely be welcome
Only a few SOV titles are actual masterpieces, and Charles Pinion’s Red Spirit Lake is one of them. RSL started as a response to Pinion’s film project, Killbillies, one of the great unrealized underground films, falling through.
