I really struggle with nightmares from my ptsd… my therapist says I should creatively rewrite the endings to help me with the dreams. Last night someone was stabbing me and I woke up screaming from the pain in the dream… ok internet how do I rewrite that into a happy ending??? #baddreams #becreative

Just had my second mdma assisted therapy session for ptsd. It was hours of excruciating terror requiring intervention with lorazepam. Then midazolam and then ketamine… another brutal experience. I do hope that someday this all gets easier. I’m so exhausted
