Seeing little crocus flowers is the first real sign of Spring to me. This was today at Longwood Gardens, a quick trip to see the blue poppies, which were cool. But the crocus flowers were the best, because I’m so over winter.

Current project. Current mood. Started last weekend as the bombs fell half a world away. I’m still sewing in between contacting my
congressional reps. The bombs are still falling. People are still dying, half a world away.

It does for me. I’ve been making an EPP thing for the last week; it’s all rainbow colors and stars but I will think of the Iran War every time I see it the rest of my days.

I am pro Iranian people. I stand with them against their own government’s repression AND against the imperial violence in the form of bombs dropped from the sky from Israel & the US who have already killed hundreds.

Fetterman seemed like the obvious choice. But, as he wrote in his book last year, he should have stepped down after the stroke.

I have seen first-hand how stroke can change a person. I have sympathy for his medical issues but 100% disagree with his decision to stay in office.

So many people here in PA are angry with how MAGA he’s become, me included.
