And that question will be "Senator Mullin, would you please spell 'Homeland Security' for us?"
But can you imagine his nomination hearing? Oh, the fisticuffs he'll propose the minute he can't answer a tough question.
...Am I the only one who sees it?
#Ultraverse read. Firearm #1. Hired on a missing groom case. A group of thugs shoot up his car. Once he deals with them, a serpent Ultra rises up. Can't find his gun but blows him up with spa super ammo carriage.
A screenshot of Rachel Dratch from SNL. She's a white woman with short dark hair and blue eyes, and she's making an awkward expression that implies, "Sorry I have to tell you this and ruin your good time. But also I'm kind of not sorry about it." I've added a subtitle that reads, "That's AI."
an updated debbie downer sketch but it's friends showing her funny videos and she has to respond like this to every single one like this:
Fair enough.
I don't even address it. As I've said, I don't agree with a lot of things Howard has said. But it was a low blow, not relevant to Richard's argument, and I said so. My own feelings are not Howard's.
You know what? Forget it. You don't hear a word I'm saying.
Again, that's between the two of you. I'm not getting between you on that. This is a public forum, he's not here, and you shouldn't be using his past alcoholism to score a point. It would be out of line even if he was on BlueSky, IMO.
"I hope my not being an alcoholic and addict in my prime prevents me from going bonkers in my senior years."
Then why weaponize it like this? This doesn't win you the argument. This is picking on a disease, something that's genetic.
Well, this is pointless. You're having your nice, safe argument with a caricature you've drawn for yourself, and with salient stingers like "...Did I mention he's an alcoholic?" Score. Bravo, Richard.
Why do you keep avoiding addressing what I'm taking you to task over? Argue your points with him TO him. That's fair game (although I think doing it here where you can be sure he won't respond is a bit cowardly). But you're not defending the defenseless by picking on someone's disease.
Saying Howard "supports genocide" is ridiculous. But I'm not here to defend his political beliefs or the bullshit way you're characterizing them. Howard's a big boy and can defend himself in that regard. I'm just saying that your shot at his sobriety is really low. Do better.
You know what, Richard? Not agreeing with someone is one thing. I don't agree with everything Howard says, by a long shot. But that alcoholic and addict comment is a cheap fucking shot and you should know better. Howard has been sober for decades.
This motherfucker for the entire speech.
Exactly. The question I pose to AI enthusiasts is: will you be happy to have your plane piloted or heart surgery performed by someone who got through college & professional training by having AI do all their work?
The response is either silence or "that won't happen"--but they can't explain why not.
such hypocritical bs. franken resigned for much less.
Done!
@cullyhamner.bsky.social any chance of a repost for our unique strip anthology on Kickstarter? Thx www.kickstarter.com/projects/tri...
As an architect, this is so fucking bleak. Someone in my profession is taking a hefty design fee to draw these plans.
This is a modern day concentration camp and the design professionals involved should be named and shamed.
Someone alert @racheaissance.com...
The new #DCComics solicits are out and my variant cover for #Batwoman #3 (issue by @gregrucka.com and Dani, of course) is revealed! Nice to get reacquainted with Renee Montoya/The Question again...
Dan has never been a teenager, ever. I was a toddler.
John was the first character I ever drew professionally in comics-- I did a year on GREEN LANTERN: MOSAIC.
See, I appreciate that you're leaning into the architect John Stewart, rather than the Marine John Stewart. The architect John is also a jazz aficionado, so being into mid-century architecture tracks.
Hey, congrats, @racheaissance.com! Smart move on Vault's part! ๐๐๐
I don't know that I ever leave a theater actually *mad*, but I guess I would add STAR TREK: INTO DARKNESS and THE RISE OF SKYWALKER to that list. I rolled my eyes so hard at both of those that I could see my own brain.
Hard to pronounce creators, sound off!!
