just found out that a chunk of of my left bottom rib moves around, and i think it's from binding unsafely. i don't bind anymore but i used to be unsafe with it and it caused me pain

so ppl that bind, PLEASE dont wear your binder for longer than 8 hrs at a time. and don't size down.
