What a fantastic day we have had for #worldbookday! “Drop everything and read” sessions through the day, more work on Roald Dahl, an exciting assembly along with a quiz and guess the masked reader! We even got a book to take home at our amazing book giveaway! So much fun!

What a wonderful sponsored walk today!
We carried water containers to give us an indication of how difficult it is for people in Africa that have to walk to collect water everyday.

We had a go at making our own Ancient Egyptian headdresses this week. Here are some of working on our own designs in pencil and then after we added paint. We still have some finishing touches to make on Monday but how great are they so far? 😊👏🏻

Thank you to our wonderful digital leaders who today introduced us to “Scratch”. We learned some of the basics of coding by creating a character, background and even made them move! 😊😊

We have been learning about equality, inclusion and Deaf awareness. We've been exploring various ways to communicate and the barriers that people from the Deaf community face. We want to help break those barriers so we have been learning some BSL. Have a practise at home 😁
