That happens regardless of Persona's involvement. Twitch's TOS tells you that they sell your information to data brokers.

Nearly every (large) site does this, from your bank to your favorite artsite.

I work in marketing. My company buys this information for research purposes. Anyone can.

Not to defend twitch or persona, but you need to submit your personal data for tax purposes upon applying for Affiliate.

The government already knows who you are regardless if you're applying for Affiliate.
