The Commission is looking for legal bases though to prevent that Orbáns refusal of sanctions prolongation would result in an outright return of the assets - such as article 66 TFEU on safeguard measures in capital flows. Groenen peilen op 12% - kleine 3% minder dan '21. 'Doodgraver' is wat sterk en voorbarig, denk ik. Habeck-effect in campagne afwachten en nadien zien of GroKo mogelijk is. Gebäudeenergiegesetz blijft weliswaar moeilijke episode voor Groenen, dat zeker - Habeck gaf ook toe dat hij te ver was gegaan.
