CIIC recently welcomed Honours student Jordyn Rudowski. Jordyn recently graduated with a Bachelor of Biomed Science and is undertaking an Honours project under supervision of Professor Tony Kenna to investigate the anti-inflammatory effects of camel milk on the human intestinal epithelium.
