Part of this is also the Alliance’s darker side is often downplayed or overlooked or outright ignored (Purge of Dalaran). Without spiraling into “who did worse” for factions, the blood elves do have recent justifications for their mistrust of the Alliance.

I mean, blood elves are hypocritical, so that’s valid. But I’m mostly referring to the fact that the Old Horde and Scourge were direct results of the Legion. The New Horde and Forsaken are born in opposition to that.

Tbf, that was the Old Horde and the Scourge (both under external influences). Which is a big distinction compared to “Alliance is just racist.”

Reading Blood Ties and playing Legion Remix have reminded me that all the classes were supposed to get "Death Gate" abilities for their class halls, and I desperately need some sort of fel portal ability to get to Dreadscar Rift as a warlock. 🥺
