The first time we were back in the champions’ league a few years’ ago, that lack of training time was also trotted out as an excuse then so I guess we didn’t learn any lessons in how to manage the workload 🤷‍♂️

“lack of training time” as an excuse does my head in - other teams playing in multiple competitions, including Europe, seem to find a way to manage that situation. It can’t be a case of other teams have bigger squads either, because the same lack of training time conditions exists there too.
