Terrible week for the gaming industry. First Sony closes a beloved studio due to live service shenanigans, and now it looks like Xbox is on life support (more than they were).
Oh this makes me livid! They took a super talented studio, forced them to make live service slop that isn't their core competence, and then they shut them down now that the live service bubble is collapsing. Just infuriating!
