you’re mistaking a power struggle for a simple gap. macro power infects every micro moment—at work, home, or the gas station. expecting the marginalized to do the labor of "bridging" for those in power is why we're stuck. responsibility must be proportional to power, not split 50/50.
define the problem and assign responsibility first.
those with power must lead; women shouldn't have to bridge a gap they didn't create.
structural issues dictate intrapersonal ones, so fixing the system is the only practical solution, imo
bridge-building is futile when power is skewed.
