Returning from the Hague, Marcelo Kohen of @gvagrad-law.bsky.social shows that despite certain regrettable arguments, the #ClimateJusticeAtTheICJ showed very convincing arguments in the direction of the applicability of the law of Responsibility of States for Internationally Wrongful Acts.
The technology is basically a form of linguistic averaging: it produces average (ie, mediocre) writing with no distinguishing elements, writing that could have been by anyone. That’s bad writing because what makes for good writing is that it involves actual thinking by a unique individual person.
