The West Coast states should secede now before Trump makes some executive order against it, and then consolidate and join their taxpayer funds across the three states. Other states can join if they'd like to. It will be difficult but it could also be good in the long run.
The West Coast should secede and elect a panel of leaders. If federal funding goes away, and Trump criminalizes anything going against him, it won't matter who sues him, he just won't follow it. Why stay then and be subject to all this? Elections may not be recognized or certified from this point.
