A red squirrel on the ground. It almost looks like it is in superhero pose with one front paw and one back paw on the ground. The other front and back paws are raised in the air, its head is forward ready to run towards the camera.

What we all need to see is a red squirrel in a power pose.
You're welcome.

I don’t remember him doing. I just remember the voice, the dancing. Unbelievable stage presence.

Omg, it’s so hard to explain. I saw them first at Futurama in Leeds. Me and my friend just looked at each other in awe. Ian Curtis was mesmerising, unbelievable. Then we saw them support Buzzcocks. They had such a massive effect on me, the songs still give me goosebumps.

Yup I’m ancient but as the saying goes β€˜I may be old but I got to see all the cool bands’. The gigs I went to in 78/79 will never be beaten, including Joy Division twice, Bowie, and The Clash and Siouxsie so many times I don’t even know how many πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Good morning and Merry Christmas from a very cold and windy Lincolnshire. Here comes the sun β˜€οΈ

Tomorrow evening it’ll be my annual duty to vaguely shepherd the activity on the #duvetknowitschristmas hashtag and urge people to give small sums to charity. 7.30pm? Something like that?

It’s easy - and fair - to bemoan how in recent years social media has ultimately destroyed decency and democracy as we used to know it, so celebrate it this way. One of the best things it’s ever given us. Community, empathy and the true meaning of Christmas

No, I’ve tried the music it doesn’t work with her. I’m watching Blue Lights turned up loud (I cleared it with my neighbours first πŸ˜‚). She’s more of an action gal than calming tunes.

Today’s the seventh anniversary of the publication of When Two Sevens Clash. I still haven’t finished writing the sequel yet - probably never will now - but if you want the first book you can find it below and join an exclusive group.

Start a revolution! I mean birthday cards are important enough but like you say medical stuff or even any other appointments that are by post it’s a vital service and they charge enough for it. It must be happening a lot because I’ve had a few cards I’ve bought online delivered by Evri πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

I can’t believe that, it’s so bad. So a full week with no post for you. There’s no excuse for that. I know they tried to get away with it at my old house, they said unless there was any recorded delivery post they would not be in our area! There was uproar, it soon went back to normal.
