Quakertown, PA, Borough Police Chief Scott McElree is the man seen with a teen girl in a chokehold. He's the man who escalated the situation and caused violence to erupt.
Several of the students tried to stop the unidentified man from getting physical with the other kids, which feels like a pretty natural reaction. We've recently seen several incidents where angry and aggressive white men have attacked kids and even run them over.
What reaction do you think you'd have to this unannounced and unmarked, angry and physically violent old man with his hands on your fellow students aka children?
Especially as you see this man not only put his hands on several girls, but even put one in a choke hold.
And while you're experiencing this already tense moment, an angry old man in plain clothes comes diving in Leeroy Jenkins style, grabbing at those fellow students aka children.
