In January, I joined the Families Not Feds coalition to call for an end to ICE’s terror. DC's upcoming budget season is an opportunity to make sure that everyone has what they need to get by.
We need leadership that will protect everyone in DC, regardless of immigration status.

Police Chief Carroll has refused to answer key questions about officers working with ICE, saying that MPD doesn't collect that data.
The Council needs to vote for these bills as one step to enforce our sanctuary status and end MPD collaboration with ICE.
