AXS-05 is under FDA priority review for Alzheimer’s agitation (decision goal: Apr 30, 2026). If approved, it may reduce reliance on PRN antipsychotics and physical restraints. Cobenfy is a non-dopamine drug approved for schizophrenia; Alzheimer’s psychosis is still Phase 3 (readout late 2026).
