A massive thanks to everyone that put on a game and attended with with a great attitude. The quality of the tables was high, but more importantly seeing a room packed with people enjoying wargaming is wonderful !

A few shots from the Battle of Cynuit game I ran at Herts of Lard today.
Ran the game twice, with different groups of players each time. Both games resulted in a victory for the Danes over the Saxons, although each game played out very differently.

Great day yesterday at Herts of Lard organised by @joewargamer.bsky.social. Presented a Sharp Practice game representing the late afternoon attack on La Haye Sainte by the 13th Legere & 17th Line at Waterloo. A tenacious defence by the Kings German Legion saw the farm held in both am & pm.
Thank you to all the players at Herts of Lard yesterday, what a colonist proved to be great fun again, I managed to write down the rule changes that were made during the day, and we now have a new name…..Blipskreig!!!

What another fantastic Herts of Lard! Congratulations and many thanks to Joe for putting it on again. A packed hall full of gamers enjoying some cracking games. Apart from the games themselves it was great catching up with people and meeting new ones.

It feels like it's just old batches kicking around if you've been lucky. I thought I was going mad a couple of years ago with the glossy finish, so I bought loads from different branches and online etc to check. All glossy!

The gloss seems to be a feature all agrax for the last 2-3 years. I just hit it all with AK ultra matte varnish afterwards

I'm really excited to get the whole table set up!
Very productive evening, finishing the last (kinda) buildings for my Montcornet table ahead of HoL this sat. The townhall is a placeholder as the real town hall scratch build is delayed (I made it too large..). All are 3d prints that are reentered etc. Plus painted 30ft of latex road!
