Well, I just finished part 2 of Lightfall by Ed Crocker and what a wild turn!
Chapter 20 had me on the edge of my seat and I’m not sure I’m ready for what’s to come.

That's a long wait! I don't think I've ever seen hardcovers here for his books, I had no idea there was a wait for them to come out on paperback. I hope the wait is worth it and you enjoy the conclusion when you get it.

I’m continuing with Lightfall by Ed Crocker. 80 pages in and started the audiobook to immersion read it. So far so good, with plenty of intrigue, lore and conflicts.
And done! The Bloodsworn saga has come to an end, and what a conclusion it was.
Brilliantly done John Gwynne, a spectacular tale.

After 16 failed artisan and sourdough loaves with multiple variations to experiment & problem solve, I’ve finally gotten edible and beautiful loaves of bread
All of this has been over the course of a year or more, showing time & stubbornness pay off 🤣

I can see why this series is so addictive, what a blast of a read. I hit a bit of a lull in the middle but overall it’s a mixture of fun and survival. Full review to come soon.
