Focusing on the Nintendo Switch port. ⚫✨
It's playable, but we are adding direct and stick controls for a more native feel. We hope to support Switch 2. Once it's polished, we'll begin certification. It should launch this year, but we can't provide a release window until certification begins.

An abstract expressionist, gestural painting in a dark brown frame. The painting is a mixed media piece, using gesso, acrylic, pencil, and oil on an 11 x 14 inch / 28 x 35.5 cm wood panel.

The subject matter of the painting is blocky abstract shapes with spindly gestural lines scattered across the surface, concentrated on the left and right, and about 2/3rds down from the top of the composition. The color is mostly orange and white, with a darker orange background, some roughly brushed white highlights in the top area. The gestural strokes are done in a deep blue and a medium orange roughly brushed in chunks and thin lines. In the very bottom of the panel, you can see some of the light beige, almost white color of the natural wood used for the panel, which has not been covered. There are in some places tiny flecks for paint from the rough application of the orange background. Scratched on top, very near to the bottom of the colored areas, is scratched roughly scrawled graffiti-like text.

The subject matter of the painting is blocky abstract shapes with spindly gestural lines scattered across the surface, loosely bunched across the middle of the composition, with larger chunks near the bottom. The chunks have an almost floral shape, but are also very disjointed, staggered, and abstracted. The color is predominantly made up of rich pinks and magentas, with a deep red section near the bottom. The spindly and chunky marks are yellow and orange and slightly blended together. At the very top of the composition there is a bit of white paint that crests randomly and roughly across a very narrow band. Scratched on top, sparsely in the middle and bottom of the panel is a few lines of scratched and roughly scrawled, yellow graffiti-like text.

Old Skies just hit 870 reviews! Unrelated, if the game hits 1000 reviews by the game's one year anniversary (April 23rd) that would be A W E S O M E.

Tonight, I am writing a big, old word dump of everything testing I can think of. What comes of it, I do not know but my instinct is telling me: β€˜It is time.’.

Right now, it doesn't have to make sense. I just have to get it written.

My latest Funstock/Evercade pre-order dispatch email has just come through. I suspect that'll be followed rather soon by a new pre-order, if history is anything to go by.

What say you @evercade.co.uk? What greatness have you got in store for us next?
