Yep completely agree. Puts player in for a game player does well said player benched again for next. Continues putting in players not turning in performance needed. Sticks with 4231 and slow tempo which after 36 games and it not working more than working should be obvious not working enough.

One thing to lose giving it everything and being bettered. Completely another when you continously give opposition a leg up by letting them stroll right through you.
