I’m loving Future’s Edge - very striking.
I’m having an easy day as still very tired from a virus I had at the beginning of the month.
Been to my watercolour class though… and took the easy way out for tea by buying an M&S meal deal. 😀
I’m learning to draw and paint. It’s not natural to me but it’s good to step outside of your comfort zone isn’t it? 🤣

I always begin with a character, and write them into their world. I figure out what the rules are and the plot usually comes from that…

Don't just write. Read books. Watch films. Look at paintings and sculpture. Play games. Go to plays. Listen to music. Think about how these things make you feel.
Making art is a two-way stream. To make art, you have to consume art.
I call it filling my creative well. 😀

Totally agree! I have this on audible as well as in book form. Stephen King is my kinda writer, he makes every character believable.

Yep! It’s the staying away from politics that makes the difference I believe.
I feel the same. I had many writer friends over there and we had our little groups. It’s terribly sad.
Facebook is another social that is on my list as it’s got so toxic. I’m in so many good groups and I’m loathe to leave so just hanging on by a thread.
