Obviously the lack of improvement in results is damming. But even more important, he did not voice support for his own player who was racially abused this past weekend. When the opposing coach says the words instead, how can the players trust him going forward?
I've spent a bit of time thinking about this since the news came out and also have given time for the proper responses to be made by the club or coach. I now feel that the point has been reached where I can say without reservation that Anfang needs to go.
