It’s thermodynamic nonsense. In the only two power stations where it’s been used 1) 20% of the output is parasitically used to run the CCS plant, 2) the CO2 captured is then sold to pump into oil wells to extract oil. (Boundary Dam, Canada, WA Parrish, TX).
