Bought, twice through, go
Bought, twice through, go
Sunlight travels 93 million miles to reach the earth
None of them through the Strait of Hormuz

'm glad this article mentions the Exxon on MacArthur in Palisades, there're two more on MacArthur, one just outside the DC line and a second four miles upriver in Glen Echo. Rich fucks don't want to deal w traffic on River, happily spend up to $2 more a gallon to go to these only-used-by-them pumps
The cliffs are Annapolis Rocks on the AT at the top of South Mountain. The fastest way to get to Ditto Disc Golf Course (worth a trip) from my house is to take Mt Aetna Road west off MD 66 north off I-70, course directly on Mt Aetna Road
btw, WFMU's station manager Ken told me Bryce jumped, wasn't pushed, I have no reason to disbelieve him
Bryce (who i wish was still in his traditional noon-three Friday afternoon WFMU slot) did Radigue for RIP on his Tuesday East Village Radio slot (mandatory listening, yinz) the day before yesterday

Mark E Smith born 69 years ago today, here's the bigass RIP playlist from 2018 (can't guarantee all the youtubes still work, but the few I tested do)

It's true. A crazy person might use them to distract attention from a shitlord pedophile ring scandal in which he is a prime suspect
The one and only time I tried angel dust, literally half a century ago this year, one of the dudes I was with (one of you will know when I say morningstar) kept playing that song over and over and over, this proof I still have flashbacks. Dust sucks
It was more than a feeling, he saw his Marianne walking away
Not sure but here's a link that you can dig deeper or contact someone if you wish (or make the trip to DC tomorrow or Friday before it closes).

hey @danielbachman.bsky.social you probably know about this (and probably said so when you wrote about your grandmother (?) and Lorton a bit back, forgive my memory) but just in case you don't

Was on our long drives around Ohio, our favorite thing, C loved getting off-campus, drove all over (and we'd get breakfast often at a Hungarian bakery in Wooster, we'd drive through Millersburg either on way there or way back)

Drove through Millersburg often when C was at Gambier, it's home of Lauren's Curl-up an Dye!

It occurs to me often these days that my house is eight miles from DC ground zero and my office two
Today, 3/3/26, is Merrill’s centenary
How rapists think
I hope Trump had the civility to ask Fred Merz how Ethel is
Today is James Merrill's centenary, kinda amazing that I'm the only person I've seen mention this, so weird how some once-upon-a-time giants disappear in the rearview mirror
i’ve been posting a lot less lately because most stuff i want to say can only be said inside my home to the person who can invoke spousal privilege if asked to testify about what i said 🥰
People I work with at both GW and American (especially) tell me trustworthy bosses up their chain of command are advising they look where to jump before the imminent push is delivered
