I use figs, cranberries, apricots, cherries + mixed nuts, sunflower & pumpkin seeds. Approx ratio of 100 oat to 50 fruit, 20 nut & 20 seed.
Roast oat with maple syrup, dash of oil & pinch of salt - minimal to coat the oats.
Serve with whatever fresh (or frozen) fruit available from the garden
