There's a world where the trajectory of anipoke shifts after the Tobias battle in DP and folks having/beating legends while still a big deal becomes a bit more common

The whole concept of Pokemon is that a random kid from the boonies can overcome heaven and earth with a lil guy he started with, its not meant to realistic, its meant to be COOL

Its a power fantasy that you can achieve pretty much anything, I don't need no more Articuno sweeps

My opinion on the Rayquaza capture is that frankly the Ashanime has very poorly equipped yáll to handle cool shit

Legendaries being untouchable gods has consistently been the most frustrating parts of the Pokemon anime and I am glad that we are well past it lol fuck that shit

I wanna re read FRLG so bad lol

The old library I used to visit had a collection but I moved away from there

Its kinda just Deus Ex Machina with lil to no foreshadowing lol

Technically its RS's ending , after it you get the FRLG arc which is really solid, and then the Emerald arc which has its moments

To give an idea they turned Juliana/Scarlet into a serious character with a bit of an intimidation factor

Violet on the other hand they completely redesigned lol, from what all I know the Florian look in this verse acts as the very occasional disguise persona for him

RBY is good

GSC is not great cuz Johto barely has a plot they have to make something from scratch

RSE was good minus the ending

We've had very subtle seeds planted that the current form doesn't suits it well

Roy keeps tryna use it as a close infighter who can tank hits ( similar to Skeledorge and Pawmot ) when his battle style originally was to be a borderline Ultra instinct demon

See it's meant to denote Gold but it really doesn't work well
