It’s almost like the whole panic over migration that seems to grip some political parties is entirely manufactured…

The overall situation is very serious and I ask you, reading this, and everyone to act calmly and sensitively to this. British lives and civilian lives are at risk.

Many are likely to try and exploit this situation for their own personal political gain, misrepresenting the facts...
