I would even warn against unsolicited advice! If someone isn't asking openly on how they can improve, it almost never lands well. Doesn't matter if it's good advice or not. Better to tell people what they did well! Likely they know the flaws in their work already.

This was the landscape of fursuit making circa 2005-2010s and I don't want to see it go back there. I love the more guild-like feel the suit making community has now. It was so bad back then that I am still nervous to participate in fursuit maker spaces.
