I hope that by default we should be skeptical of negative sentiment towards our peers. Not to question abuse, of course, but to question when something is being perpetuated that if spread harms them.

We're better than the behaviours that were taught growing up.

Not only that, autistic women are subject to increased scrutiny for not understanding social cues or misreading a situation. The default reaction should be benefit of the doubt, not that the person is bad and worth avoiding.

Trans people are already subject to so much in this regard by cis people- to receive it from folks in our own community is beyond petty, it's actively harmful to our community's fabric.

Let's be aware of internalised stigma behind "people we should or should not associate with"
