Standard of football - *so* much better. Small mistakes gets ruthlessly punished. Almost no margin for error.

No slight on Portsmouth intended. I could have used us losing to Wycombe a week earlier, but pretty much exactly 2 years was a nice benchmark to use.

For anyone (like me) who has already used their TC, Bench Boost in the Liverpool dgw should remain a viable option.
In gw25, for instance, Liverpool, Arsenal, Bournemouth and Villa all have prime fixtures in that gw, plus the best run of fixtures across the following 8 gw too.
Most probably a result of
- good initial pricing
- a healthy range of viable players
- a “hop on / hop off” strategy of jumping between premiums with strong fixtures
- rolling multiple transfers meaning lower chance of being priced out of moves
