Elections for Peterborough City Council may be cancelled this year, but it didn't stop us going out campaigning for Ed Murphy in the Fletton and Woodston by-election today. It's Green vs Reform in this former Labour ward. Vote Green Party of England and Wales π
Alex Bowerbanks and Cllr Nicola Day attended the West Orton Residents Association (WORA) meeting tonight which they have helped set up to work with and support residents.
The next WORA meeting will take place on Monday 16th March, The Windmill Pub (back room).

Darren Jones saying repeatedly the Labour Government won't comment on a hypothetical.
It's not hypothetical - Trump is saying very loudly repeatedly what he's done and boasting about it.
And yet the UK Government won't even say it's a breach of international rules. Shameful.

Cllr Nicola Day spent an enjoyable morning out and about delivering our Winter Edition of Orton Green News and listening to residents on the doorstep on Saturday.

Our Green activists went out to meet the residents of Lutton grove in Westwood and Dogsthorpe road in Park ward. Listened to the concerns and issues in the area and picked up on some case work. Was a chilly day to say the least.
Peterborough Greens had a stand at the Ortongate Christmas Festival yesterday (Saturday, December 6th).
After nearly getting blown away outside, we were lucky enough to be relocated inside.
It was great to meet so many people and spread the Green message!
We have over 150,000 members and it is rising all the time. π

A great night, filled with excitement and energy.
