I’ve waited a year, I’ve worked on my skills for a year and finally, my lovely acoustic has been joined by an electric. Its not hugely fancy and is apparently a budget guitar but that’s meaningless to me, I’m beyond happy 😍 #Guitars

Honestly cannot wait for the gates to be replaced on the outer circle at Regents Park… seems motorists are colour blind at 6.30 am. Who’d have thought that the scariest part of my morning run would be trying to cross a road.

I think if I was on the bike I would have had longs and layers - but running heats me up 😂

Morning run. I nearly swapped my shorts for winter running tights when the weather forecast suggested the ‘feels like’ was -5°c
It didn’t feel like -5°c (definitely warmer) so the shorts stay.

So no trip to York for me as my train from Kings Cross was cancelled due to a broken rail somewhere along the trains route. Yes I understand, no I’m not happy. I just want a refund #LNER
