Unfortunately, I think not! Corporations are inherently conservative and I think a minority needs to be choked out for nearly 10 minutes on camera during a pandemic for companies to temporarily, proactively do the "woke" thing.

Truthfully, I'm not optimistic that this is a fight that the people can win, because if you thought the record $200M that Uber, Lyft and DoorDash spent to strike down CA Prop 22 was a lot, the conglomerates can and will easily spend BILLIONS to keep their monopolies.

the problem with media corporations negotiating with fascists is that the negotiation is never over.
This isn't about being sensitive during someone's death. This is about censoring speech that questions propaganda.
This is what Trump's FCC, abetted by ABC, is silencing Kimmel over: one sentence (at the 2m mark) that says nothing against Kirk and is simply casting doubt on the government's narrative that his killer was leftist (when all credible evidence indicates he was far right).

ABC has pulled Jimmy Kimmel Live! off the air "indefinitely," not for inappropriately celebrating anyone's death but rather for accurately pointing out the government's attempt to portray Charlie Kirk's killer as leftist instead of far far right.
Not wishing a shooting death on anyone, not even this guy.
Gun control now, tomorrow, yesterday.
I am also genuinely sorry that Kirk has died. I wish he had lived and experienced true repentance. Praying that we all take the right lessons away from this tragedy.
I won't watch the Charlie Kirk video because I have no bloodlust, but that level of point-blank carnage is what happens to our kids in classrooms, except with bodies that small, they are oft mutilated beyond recognition. We must end gun violence, for everyone.
