The final secret world level of Wonder was such a frustrating joy to play.
The S2 expansion seems... pretty disappointing.
SMW's "Halloween" theme for getting 100% was really lame.

Saw him in York and then had a chat with him at The Phoenix (pub) after - he wouldn't tell me his name before adoption (which is fair) but was still pretty cool.
Ok man.
PoGo events man...

Whoa, you started with "That's why they look better" and an article about why they look better and not why you think they look better so it's not like you presented it as an opinion so me also not doing so, however wrong that may be, seems a bit of a null point.
Peach looks like MS Paint trash in World so to have that as an example of a better looking Peach - I don't know, I just can't relate to where you're coming from.
[2/2]
Well in that case, as a sprite guy who had a sprite site, has contributed to other sprite sites and talks to a lot of other sprite people - we're just going to have to disagree on this one.
I love SMB2, but SMB3, to me, is just the better looking game.
[1/2]
Assuming you mean SMW - that game looked awful from a sprite perspective due to it switching between so many styles during development - including a perfect side-on one.
I'm not sure how his overalls being the "correct" colour makes them better?
It removes a darker more readable outline and, going with your "correct colour" argument - well now his mustache is blue.
Mario's overalls were also red in most SMB2 art - so blue isn't the correct colour anyway.
*Side note: Peach looks fine in SMB2 on All*Stars on a CRT.
But... they don't?
Comparing sharp-pixel versions also seems, rather pointless when these were made with a CRT in mind*.
Mario having eye whites in SMB3 would be pointless given the size of them with his skin colour - you wouldn't see it.
This was a very confusing read.
A broken, blue heart
With a broken Blue Bomber heart, I am no longer the voice of Mega Man.
I was asked to return for Mega Man: Dual Override, but only on the condition I work without the protections of a union contract.
I wasn't expecting such high scores, have never played the previous games (unsure if that'll be important for the story) but seems well worth checking out.
Wait until they hear about Robot Chicken...
Some great games there.
You're hurting my OCD by including the word 'The' when alphabetising though...
It's a great lil box and even more so once you open it up so you can put a bunch more games on it.
(Side note: it doesn't run Gun-Nac properly)
It's incredible how a quick de-dust-i-fication can improve things, always worth doing on consoles old and new.
(go treat yourself to The Red Star)
Lil wooden bear with a heart balloon.
Poster for Cocaine Bear, it er, wasn't a great film...
It's MAR10 day!
Which is also mine and the other half's anniversary (I like to pick memorable dates so I don't forget...)
3 years and no drama - good times.
We watched Cocaine Bear on our first date, so I tend to get her a bear related gift...

As lagers go, pretty good
Both great choices
Was like vaguely meat-ish flavoured play-doh. Like it passed by the memory of meat rather than being meat.
I'll stick to the cheese and chilli con carne jacket potato next time...
20" CRT, the stuff of retro dreams. Beautiful.
It's Costco time!
Started the day with a free coffee from Greggs after some kind person gave me a few completed stamp cards and stumbled across Clarkson's Hawkstone lager.
Not a bad day.
(Costco hotdogs suck ass)

Mario Kart 64 was such a time.
I really wish they'd have the music in 4 player mode on the NSO version...
It's not revealed it's a woman until you complete the game under a certain time.
Back in WWII we had to settle for lard.
This is bound to do better than a Sands of Time remake which was close enough to come out it had press kits...
If you research filmmakers that's not going in blind. My point being if someone who had never heard of Miyazaki watched this, I don't think they'd have an idea what it was about.
The film is a companion piece to Miyazaki.
I don't think it's strong independently.
In all seriousness: I knew what the film was about before seeing it.
My issue is, I don't think the film really portrays that well. Like I can't imagine someone going blind into it coming to that conclusion.
(I don't think anyone is expecting his son to live up to his legacy at this point...)
Maybe we'll get an R-Type Final 3 Final Edition at some point...
Side Note: It really bothers me how they called it Final 3
