Interesting talk by Xuanlin Liu from the groups of @annegretemartson.bsky.social and @cvhasselt.bsky.social at the #LED3Symposium. She talked about her work on characterizing the viral load during Cytomegalovirus (CMV) infections using PCR and TCID50 to build models for efficiency predictions.

A better understanding of the PK/PD relationships of antiviral agents used to treat CMV may help to define targets that improve clinical outcomes and reduce the emergence of resistance. Brilliant work by Katie Lynch, it was very nice to work together on this!
