I still remember this introduction video and being blown away by what they had managed to do. I had one as soon as I could get one!
The paper moved into this custom built facility in 1971. It's extraordinary to think their operation was so large at one time they needed something as enormous as this.

Yes I still enjoy spotting places, especially in the older episodes! I saw one the other day filmed on what would eventually become the Blythswood Hotel!
I quite often just put an old episode on in the background. Reminds me of being a kid I suppose - my parents loved it and let me stay up late to watch it (probably not very appropriate viewing for a 5 year old!)

I must confess, I loved when the old "Wastebasket" - as it was called in early macOS versions in the UK - bulged when it had something in it. It is the first thing I remember noticing when I first used a Mac, aged 4. I thought it was hilarious.
That signage on the donut shop is the stuff of nightmares. Truly awful - who would sign off on that?

I can't think of anything worse than drinking alcohol in this heat!
During COP26 back in 2021, there were security people, snipers etc up there all day every day. It made me anxious every single time I saw them.
The grass, perhaps. But not I, so much. I was caught in a huge downpour leaving the studio - no jacket, no brolly, nothing. Typical hahaha.
There is no vision or strategy, and there never was. They got in simply because people were sick of the Tories.
Exceptional work.
I recognise that venue! Attended and run many events in there over the years! Have a great time.
