Licht move is obvious. His good 2 bad roster move ratio is like a ridiculous 8:1 and the recent draft successes are bananas.
Bowles is more interesting. Him proactively trying 2 address game management issues and openly discussing an evolution of his DEF have me feeling hopeful he may b ascending.

The play of the line may have less highs (on the interior) but fewer lows from LT leading to more predictable play that they can build from.
I think there will be less variance which will help them be more explosive.

I have this as a value for PIT as I thought Elliott’s value was closer to $8.5M/yr.
