Durant les últimes setmanes hem investigat la cuina històrica catalana, des dels primers manuscrits medievals —com el Sent Soví (s. XIV)— fins als receptaris actuals, per veure com aquesta tècnica ha evolucionat al llarg dels segles. 📜La recerca ha comptat amb especialistes en història de la cuina, experts en food studies i l’equip tècnic i gastronòmic d’Alícia.
