Today was a hard day. Coming to terms with allowing myself accommodations to limit flare-ups and burnout. Taking better care of my health has always been a struggle as suffering is always the baseline. I sit alone with myself and take inventory so tomorrow can be better.

It's going well, and I'm glad to be around people who like to be creative and allow space for the learning processes that is involved. Not everyone has skills straight out the gate. Just baked the most gorgeous lavender London fog cake. Mini two tired cake, with lavender whipped buttercreme. Garnished with dried lavender. Literally the most beautiful confection I've ever made..
