It is awesome to see hundreds of scientists, researchers, and our friends and neighbors coming out today to #StandUpForScience in Niagara Square in Buffalo and fight the Trump Administration's cuts to research and healthcare. I am proud to stand with them. The only reason these cuts are being made is to give Elon Musk and the super wealthy a tax cut. If they go ahead, Elon gets a tax cut and we get shorter life spans and worse healthcare. That is unacceptable. Thank you to all who came out today to Stand Up for Science and keep up the pressure on those who can stop these unnecessary cuts: the GOP members of Congress who represent WNY.
