I like books, Bob's Burgers, and booze (and πŸ‘»). Equal parts steampunk, whimsy, horror, and curmudgeon.

A book cover for The Walls are Closing in on us by Joshua Trent Brown. A very dark green snake coiled up that appears to be floating above a black and white image of ravine. A horizontal rip splits the image just above the halfway point with a blurb by Austin Ross, author of Gloria Patri. The quote says β€œβ€¦a book that examines not only the soul of a man butβ€”perhapsβ€”the soul of a nation.”

Hailey is an amazing person. I've talked with her on zoom hundreds of times and have been blown away by her creativity and good humor.

If enough people gave $5 today, she could get out of debt and get her life back. Please help if you can spare $5. <3

Get the most bang for your buck with Walls, Don Bronco, and Barre Incidents for only $40. That’s $13.33 per, book, ridiculous deal when Don Bronco costs $12 to print and the other two are about $9!

a hardcover copy of Exit Ghost ( (Exit Ghost book cover: a black background with a wisp of smoke curling up, a sketched/stylized sun with an eye in the middle of it in the upper left corner, a sketched hand in the lower right corner wearing a ring in the first finger, with the same eye in the palm, with a single tear falling from it, "Exit Ghost" above it in a cursive/handwrite-y font, Jennifer R. Donohue to the bottom left in the same font. ) leaned against a driftwood log on Asbury Park beach, with sand and the ocean beyond, and a partially-submerged jetty of dark rocks in the water

Wish I could help. Even at the best of times my reviews were mainly "I liked this, read it so I can scream about it without spoiling it!" Lol. Though, I do find that starting with how it makes you feel is pretty effective.
