Dumpster song 2 million. We recorded this song remotely over GarageBand during the pandemic. I stopped singing in the middle of several takes because I kept starting to cry over the futility of creating something during such a dark day. The days stay dark and we stay creating. Thanks for choosing ch

All,

The following instructions pertain to the passing of SB 244 regarding gender reclassifications. I've attached the letter that was sent to the individuals who need to return to our office and have their credential updated with their gender at birth. A flag will show on record indicating SB244 NOTICE for anyone who has been sent a letter. The individuals will be charged as normal for their reissuance.

Should these customers arrive at the office without an appointment you are to make certain to get them processed as soon as possible, getting them in and out of the office.

When issuing these credentials, you MUST reach out to the DL Helpdesk at KDOR_Photostop@ks.gov with the individuals K# and name indicating SB 244 update.

For your ISSUANCE NOTE please include the following information:
ο»Ώο»Ώ"Subject"=REISSUED PER SB 244
ο»Ώο»Ώ"Note"=GENDER CHANGED FROM MALE TO FEMALE (or whatever the situation) - Along with regular credential issuance notes

Little scoop before publishing a full story on the situation later β€” I've obtained the email sent to all Kansas DMV employees by Kent Selk, Driver Services Manager for the Kansas Department of Revenue on how to handle the compulsory gender marker change for trans people.

What’s one way we can rein in ICE?

We can start by boycotting ICE’s corporate collaborators that are profiting from the agency’s cruelty.

Watch.

Linda Davis, a K-8 teacher in Savannah, Georgia, was killed in a car crash by a man fleeing ICE

Local authorities said they were unaware of any ICE operations in the area. "We have a no chase policy," a county chairman said

Dr. Linda Davis, a teacher in my city, is now dead because ICE began a chase in a school zone in a county with a no-chase policy. Local police were not aware ICE was conducting operations in the area.

Dr. Davis would be alive were it not for the cruelty and stupidity of these agents. Abolish ICE.

those camps were built under obama and kept open under biden. ICE budgets increased every year under obama and biden. no one from the first trump term was prosecuted and biden told trump "welcome home" on inauguration day

There’s a reason privacy advocates are fond of Sen. Ron Wyden, and its not just because he routinely champions legislation aimed at protecting civil liberties. From his perch on the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, Wyden is uniquely well situated to spot intelligence programs that strain the limits of the law or unduly encroach on Americans’ privacy. And while Wyden takes his obligation not to reveal classified information seriously, he has a history of doing all he can to draw public attention to those potential problem areas. Long before Edward Snowden revealed the NSA’s now-defunct mass database of domestic telephone records, Wyden was sounding the alarm about a secret and radical interpretation of the Patriot Act’s β€œbusiness records” provision. Most notoriously, at a public hearing in 2013, he pressed then–Director of National Intelligence James Clapper on whether NSA collected any type of data on Americans in bulkβ€”and received the now-infamous answer β€œnot wittingly,” which seriously weakened Clapper’s credibility when it was revealed to be false just a few months later.

CBP chief Bovino has confirmed that the officers who executed Alex Pretti in the street yesterday are not only *not on administrative leave,* they have all been reassigned to other jurisdictions and are all on the street today.

This is totally unheard of for any officer-involved shooting

i am absolutely a different person than i was before treatment. i tell people that all the time. "he apologizes and then does it again" is frequently seen in bipolar people who have limited to no treatment.

i don't forgive him, but i can acknowledge and move on.

-- that irreparably damaged relationships and my life in general. if i was surrounded by racists and antisemites and had millions of dollars, who knows what would've happened? absolute chaos - that's what it does.

i don't believe bipolar causes racism. obviously. but i do believe it changes you.

no one owes ye anything. he did irreparable harm. if you hate him forever it is absolutely reasonable.

that said, as someone with bipolar type 1, i cannot help but read with sympathy.

i have never, in a manic phase, become racist or antisemitic.

i have, however, had moments i don't remember --
