Our appeal was filed for the convictions we got from defending our selves against these 30 Trans Mountain pipeline man camp security and fencers. At trial we found out that Bryon Hodgkin retired RCMP, TMX security, got 4AM engagement orders against us .

Crown prosecutor is asking for me to do jail time for two assaults in construction workers that I didn’t even commit. In 2024 two men falsely report RCMP that I assaulted them, I was convicted after trial, the two men lied on the stand. I showed video evidence that disproves the the men’s’ lies.
The appeals have been filed. The court of appeal will hear our appeal, likely in Kamloops later this year. The next court would be the Supreme Court of Canada and it’s unlikely that this can be further appealed if this isn’t successful.
I’m serving a BC court ordered sentence right now for Trans Mountain pipeline charges. Most recently my 24/7 confinement changed to curfew of 10pm to 6am. So I have been able to leave my residence and walk the mountains. I lack employment, basic needs, and am overwhelmed over legal debt.
Skacheen employees two men lied to police that I spit on them on Mother’s Day 2024. Then the two men lied again on the stand and I got convicted over the Skacheen employees two men lies. Now I am being sentenced for two assaults I didn’t do. Kamloops courthouse April 1.

Another person is dead at the hands of federal agents. This morning, ICE/CBP tackled a man in broad daylight, beat him, and shot him in the chest while he was on the ground. There is video. This execution was carried out by federal agents in public. There are no bounds to their lawlessness.

Later today there’s a Fix a Date for the sentencing I will receive for the fabricated testimony of Gary Gray and Kirk Sauls. I was convicted on January 9, 2026 over the false testimony that I spit on them which I didn’t. The case is at the scheduling stage, I will hear the date later today.
